• Guest management can be done one at a time or in bulk using CSV.
• To add a guest manually, select Add a guest and provide their details. Make sure you use the correct email address so they can enter your Givee store.
• To manage guests in bulk, download the template provided. From here you can fill out guest details from excel. From here you can save the template as a CSV and upload it directly to Givee.
• When using the CSV template, please do not change any of the headers in the excel file. Changes to these headers may cause your upload to fail.
• If you need to make changes to guest names you may do so from the details of an individual guest. If an email was entered by mistake or contains an error you will need to delete the guest and re-add them manually.
